| Project seeks to undertake concrete measures to promote community tourism in Crimea, Ukraine, as a significant means of stimulating both rural economic development and community mobilization, by supporting sustainable community tourism initiatives. The project has been implemented by the NGO Makhuldyur Association within the financial assistance of Government of Ukraine, Government of the U.S.A. and Government of Switzerland |

| As a counterpart of the Makhuldyur Association, The Association of Local Tourism Initiatives brings together and coordinates both newly created and already functioning community tourism initiatives, helping them to develop and promote their activities in a professional manner using new approaches and progressive models. |
The Association of Local Tourism Initiatives provides a unique opportunity to those individuals who are willing to develop sustainable community tourism or to support local initiatives already in progress.

Both individuals and organizations/institutions are able to join the Association managing by the principles of honesty, efficiency and adherence to principles. |
