Everything about the area is simple is quiet, except for the food. Ruslan a master chef will cook you a delicious and succulent meal. He will personally prepare you any kind of traditional dishes ranging from a variety of different types of shish-kebab s to vegetable dishes, and traditional Crimean Tatar meal such as Cheburek.
As well he will offer a variety of Central Asian foods including Plov – a seasoned rice dish, Lagman a beef noodle soup, Manti a lamb ravioli, and a whole variety of other dishes.

On a cross-road of the historical streets of the old Bakchisaray, by the old walls of the first in the Eastern Europe spiritual university "Zindzhirli Medrese", you would always find the gates of the coffee-house "Ashlama-saray" wide open for you.
